The problem isn't that listings are scarce. It's that there's been no honest, direct way to reach the people who actually own them. The existing platforms charge listing fees that owners can't justify, or they bury real listings under agency posts and pay-to-rank duplicates. Buyers waste days. Owners lose tenants. The diaspora gives up.
