How do I become a Verified Lister?+

Open the app, tap Profile → Get the Verified badge, and submit a photo of your Ghana Card plus a live selfie. Our team reviews submissions within 24 hours during business days. It's free.

How much does it cost to list a property?+

Listing is free for owners and agents. There is no commission on inquiries or sales — buyers and listers connect directly. Optional paid boosts push a listing higher in search; pricing is shown inside the app before you confirm.

I'm in the diaspora — how do I trust a listing?+

Look for the green Verified shield next to a lister's name. That means we've personally matched their Ghana Card photo to their live selfie. Only verified listers display the badge. If a lister doesn't have it, ask them to start verification before you send any money.

My listing isn't showing up — what happened?+

Most often it's one of three things: the listing is still in draft (open it and tap Publish), it was reported by users and is under moderation review, or its photos failed to upload (try re-adding them). If none of those, message us on WhatsApp with your listing title and we'll check.

How do I delete my account or my data?+

Email derrickdadson14@gmail.com from the address on your account, or message us on WhatsApp from your registered number. We delete the account and all associated listings, inquiries, and KYC files within 7 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.
